It's a blessing to work with a group of women who all have the same high integrity and work ethics.
Dani’s upbeat, fun loving and social personality make her the perfect fit for the LaPeter team. “It’s the biggest blessing to work with my best friend, Sue LaPeter, and a team of women who all have the same integrity and work ethics,” explains Dani.
After working as a stay at home mom for several years, Dani received her real estate license in 2002 and has extensive experience processing short sales and REO properties. As a buyer’s agent for the LaPeter Team, Dani uses her experience to work with investors in purchasing fixer uppers, renovating them, and reselling them. She loves the entire process, from using her shrewd negotiation skills, to breathing life into a new home through renovation. Dani also works with traditional buyers to help them find homes they can create a lifetime of memories in. She loves helping people get established in the Southern California community she knows and loves so well. Her incomparable negotiation skills, integrity, hard work and excellent communication make her a valuable asset to any traditional buyer or investor.
When she isn’t negotiating to get her clients the best deal, or transforming a run down home into a masterpiece, Dani loves spending time with her family. She has four children and a big, extended Croatian family that lives close by. Together they love traveling, going to the beach, playing volleyball, bike riding, hiking and dining at the best restaurants LA and the OC have to offer.

Finding a buyer a place they can call home and build memories in is rewarding.
Diane joined the LaPeter Team in 2016 as a buyer’s agent. She prioritizes clients with prompt and detailed communication and ensures every transaction goes smoothly by being highly organized, detail oriented and hardworking. Clients find her kind and trustworthy and she puts them at ease during a very exciting, but stressful, time in their lives.
Diane has spent ten years in sales and has worked in different sectors of the real estate industry, including home warranty sales, title insurance and appraisals. She decided to become an agent so that she could work directly with clients. Having raised 3 girls with her husband of 24 years, Diane knows the value of home. And whether it’s meeting someone new or working with friends, she finds it incredibly rewarding to help a family find a place they can call home and build memories in.
Aside from real estate, Diane’s other passions are her family, exercise, volunteering and participating in the community. The Matel family often goes to the lake for paddle and wake boarding. Diane loves yoga and spin and has volunteered at her children’s schools and sports teams.

As the LaPeter Team’s transaction coordinator for the past 10 years, Cathy has helped buyers, sellers and agents manage paperwork and stay in compliance so that each Orange County real estate transaction goes smoothly.
Cathy’s organization, attention to detail and 20 years of experience in real estate have made her an important member of the LaPeter Team. But it’s her love for people that have made her invaluable. She considers it a privilege to be able to help people realize their dreams through the purchase or sale of an Orange County home. During the real estate process many clients become Cathy’s friends and they continue that friendship even after the last paper is signed.
In addition to working in North Orange County, Cathy is also a resident. She and her husband have lived in Villa Park for 20 years. They raised three wonderful children there and believe that the small town feel and exceptional educational opportunities make Villa Park and Orange great communities for families. Cathy is very active in her community and participates in the Assistance League of Orange and the Villa Park Women’s League. She loves the weather that allows her to garden year round, as well as easy access to the beach and mountains. And of course, the short drive to USC is a perk for this alum and season ticket holder.
