    Dani’s upbeat, fun loving and social personality make her the perfect fit for the LaPeter team. “It’s the biggest blessing to work with my best friend, Sue LaPeter, and a team of women who all have the same integrity and work ethics,” explains Dani.

    After working as a stay at home mom for several years, Dani received her real estate license in 2002 and has extensive experience processing short sales and REO properties. As a buyer’s agent for the LaPeter Team, Dani uses her experience to work with investors in purchasing fixer uppers, renovating them, and reselling them. She loves the entire process, from using her shrewd negotiation skills, to breathing life into a new home through renovation. Dani also works with traditional buyers to help them find homes they can create a lifetime of memories in. She loves helping people get established in the Southern California community she knows and loves so well. Her incomparable negotiation skills, integrity, hard work and excellent communication make her a valuable asset to any traditional buyer or investor.

    When she isn’t negotiating to get her clients the best deal, or transforming a run down home into a masterpiece, Dani loves spending time with her family. She has four children and a big, extended Croatian family that lives close by.     Toni Bush

    Toni Bush has been a resident in North Orange County since 1970. As a buyers agent on the LaPeter Team, she considers it an honor to help people purchase their dream home.     There is no such thing as a “typical day” in the life of an Orange County Real Estate agent, and that’s exactly what attracted Toni to the job. There’s always something new to learn in helping her clients make the best decision possible. She loves that every transaction comes with a unique set of challenges and she is willing to go the extra mile and think outside the box to come up with solutions to problems her home buyers and sellers encounter. Toni attends weekly educational seminars and stays current with real estate laws and trends so that she can minimize stress for her clients.

    Before starting her real estate career, Toni owned her own business and gained valuable skills in management, marketing and customer service. She has bought and sold three of her own homes, which sparked her interest in pursuing real estate as a career.

    Toni’s accomplishments extend far beyond the world of real estate. She is an International Ballroom Champion, and also completed The Los Angeles Marathon! She has served the local community in several capacities, including volunteering her time and resources to local schools, helping to organize The Spark of Love Toy Drives for the Anaheim Fire Department and organizing a fundraiser for the UCI Children’s Burn Center. In her spare time she enjoys soft jazz, golf, cooking and practicing yoga. Toni looks forward to showing you the best that North Orange County has to offer.

    Arjin Kim is excited to join the LaPeter Team helping families and individuals find a home in Orange County. She has owned her own business for over 25 years. Her experience as a business owner has sharpened her skills in marketing, sales, organization, and networking, all of which make her an ideal real estate agent.

    Arjin’s approach to helping buyers is simple and effective. She assesses their needs, extensively researches every available option, presents a game plan to her clients, and executes. When looking at homes, Arjin’s keen eye for design allows her to paint a picture for clients so they can envision someone else’s home as their own. In addition to finding a home, Arjin is a wonderful resource for financing advice as she has supported her husband’s mortgage business for 20+ years.

    Arjin loves the active outdoor culture of her Orange County community. She enjoys skiing, hiking and rock climbing with her husband and three sons. You’ll most likely see her around town walking her goldendoodles, doing hot yoga at the local yoga studio and attending church with her family. She also works with several nonpro t organizations including Next Step Service Dogs, Orange County Rescue Mission and Open Gate International.

    Before starting her real estate career, Michelle owned her own massage therapy business in Orange County for 23 years. As a business owner, she built clients into lifetime friends. Many of her clients had been with her for 20 years, and her clientele expanded exclusively based on referrals.

    Michelle is an avid animal lover who frequently donates her time and resources to animal rescues and has two dogs, Rogie and Kopi. She lives in the Inland Empire with her husband and two sons.

As the LaPeter Team’s transaction coordinator for the past 10 years, Cathy has helped buyers, sellers and agents manage paperwork and stay in compliance so that each Orange County real estate transaction goes smoothly.

    Cathy’s organization, attention to detail and 20 years of experience in real estate have made her an important member of the LaPeter Team. But it’s her love for people that have made her invaluable. She considers it a privilege to be able to help people realize their dreams through the purchase or sale of an Orange County home. During the real estate process many clients become Cathy’s friends and they continue that friendship even after the last paper is signed.

    In addition to working in North Orange County, Cathy is also a resident. She and her husband have lived in Villa Park for 20 years. They raised three wonderful children there and believe that the small town feel and exceptional educational opportunities make Villa Park and Orange great communities for families. Cathy is very active in her community and participates in the Assistance League of Orange and the Villa Park Women’s League. She loves the weather that allows her to garden year round, as well as easy access to the beach and mountains. And of course, the short drive to USC is a perk for this alum and season ticket holder.
